Position Summary:

The Industry Architect role provides sales support and delivery leadership, guiding the Infor consulting teams and customers on how to achieve business objectives and success with Infor CloudSuite Warehouse Management Solution through industry and implementation leading best practices

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

·       Collaborate with sales and delivery teams from initial sales discovery through design and implementation of the WMS solution with focus on Retail, Online-Grocery and 3PL industry

·       Able to translate business and technical requirements into a project and architectural blueprint that achieves the desired business outcomes, including identifying solutions

·       Able to define scope of the project via a broader solution and visioning conversations

·       Assist in the creation of the delivery roadmap, estimates and project timelines

·       Lead projects in a highly collaborative model with Infor consultants and clients

·       Inspire and mentor our consultants, with a focus on building expertise our clients value and accelerating career advancement of strong performers

·       Provide thought leadership and become a trusted advisor to our clients and establish and maintain relations with all project stakeholders, including C-level management and directors

·       Use consulting skills, business knowledge and package solution expertise to effectively implement package technology in a client business environment in order to achieve client expected business results

·       Lead working sessions to understand client business requirements

·       Work closely with client stakeholders to define and document client specific business needs and requirements

·       Develop and deliver project deliverables such as roadmap, process diagrams, use cases, gap analysis and functional design documents

·       Provide subject matter expertise regarding key business decisions related to industry and/or functional area

·       Participate in and/ or lead quality management reviews including design, prototype and other stages of project, to ensure requirements are fulfilled

·       Contribute to Infor WMS Communities and process enhancement initiatives, including the further development of project-specific documents, tools, and artifacts

What You Will Need:

·       Over 10 years of WMS operation and consulting experience with Warehouse Management Solution

·       Strong Industry experience in warehouse operations for FMCG, Retail, online supermarket and 3PL warehouse

·       Excellent understanding of cloud services, software platforms and technical architecture

·       Possess strong communication and presentation skills

·       Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms

·       Strong written and oral skills

·       Flexibility to travel as required

Preferred Qualification:

  • Industry certifications (eg. TOGAF)
  • Proven leadership capabilities and demonstrated aility to develop people and motivate teams towards high levels of achievement
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms
