We are looking for a talent to join our M3 Finance application team, as a Development Business Analyst or a Software Engineer.

Based in our Linköping office, you will be working in an international environment developing Infor's business system M3. Our development team holds a broad range of competences, from application experts to associate product developers.
As a Business Analyst your focus will be on designing new functions and features as well as maintaining the existing functionality. The job also involves analysis, testing, and documentation.

Your focus will be on developing new solutions as well as maintaining and improving existing solutions. You will gradually understand the architecture and gain intuition about scalability, performance, and resilience of a powerful large-scale system.

Development Business Analyst

Working as a Development Business Analyst Includes:

* Solution analysis and design for new functionality as well as improvement of existing business functionality.
* Work with the entire system development life cycle, from the drawing board to an executable feature; from analysis and design to quality assurance and product documentation.
* Assist and guide Infor colleagues as an M3 application expert with deep functional knowledge within an area.

We are looking for a colleague who has interest or experience from software development and who is passionate about finding solutions and helping customers to succeed. Any prior experience in ERP system M3 is highly valued but not a requirement.

Most important is that you:

* Have an academic degree within business economics, engineering, or systems science.
* Can creatively address big-picture problems with a detailed-minded solution approach.
* Can clearly communicate complex and abstract concepts.
* Are fluent in Swedish and English.

Qualifying (but not required) with experience from any of the following:

* ERP systems, preferably M3. As a user or as a developer.
* Accounting software
* General programming knowledge i.e. being able to read and understand programming code.

Software Engineer
Working as a Software Engineer Includes:

* Technical analysis and programming new solutions
* Implement architectural improvements, refactoring and modernize the existing code base.
* Problem solving, troubleshooting of customer incidents, and defect correction using Java.
* Develop test automation script.
* Assist and guide Infor colleagues as an M3 application expert with deep technical knowledge.

We are looking for a colleague who has interest of or experience from software development and who is passionate about finding solutions and helping customers to succeed. Any prior experience in ERP system M3 is highly values but not a requirement.

Most important is that you:

* Have programming knowledge in JAVA or similar
* Have problem solving skills and ability to draw own conclusions.
* Are a team player with a drive, taking own initiatives.
* Have an academic degree within Engineering or System science.
* Are fluent in Swedish and English

Qualifying (but not required) with experience from any of the following:

* Software development
* ERP or Business systems
* Finance business processes.
