Associate Business Analyst – Contract Lifecycle Management

Position Summary

In the Business Solutions Delivery team, we believe in empowering all Inforians to make data-driven decisions by unifying the data journey from inception to insight. We do this by creating a unified operating platform, accelerating business process, deliver a superior user experience and enable a data driven culture.

This position plays a critical role in realizing this vision. We are looking for a business analyst to help implementing a new cloud-based Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) application with integrations to the CRM and quoting systems. CLM will be rolled out in phases to various business groups within Infor to cover different contract types. The business analyst will be involved in all project phases of the implementation and the ongoing maintenance, configuration and improvement of the system after go live.

The business analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to understand the business processes and requirements, and work closely with the vendor and the IT development team to get functional changes/enhancements developed and configured, tested, and rolled-out to the end users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with the customer community
  • Understanding key business processes and requirements, systems, priorities, and challenges
  • Perform requirements gathering and analysis
  • Create business requirements and design specification documents for new system implementations and application changes
  • Coordination with various IT groups throughout the software lifecycle to get system changes developed, tested, deployed, maintained and supported
  • CLM system configuration and administration
  • Perform testing to ensure all requirements are met
  • Develop end-user training materials and process documentation to support system roll-outs
  • Driving the adoption of systems by gathering feedback from users and develop action items for improvement
  • Ensure all required application documentation exists and is updated
  • Analyze problems and develop suggestions for process and system improvements
  • Ability to work flexible hours for global coverage as necessary

Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

  • Bachelor's in a Business Administration or IT field or equivalent experience
  • Business and systems analysis skills and know-how in use case modelling and documentation of functional specifications
  • Experience in test planning, test case documentation and testing
  • Experience in agile software development methodology
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with changing priorities and meet challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills in a global multicultural environment with the ability to interface with internal customers at various levels and build relationships virtually across multiple functional areas
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Creative problem solver who takes ownership of their projects
  • Experience in implementing, configuring and managing Contract Lifecycle Management applications (e.g. Icertis CLM) would be beneficial, but not required
