Description & Requirements

Will be working on defining and refining business processes, create robust documentation, and implement effective solutions. This role demands expertise in business analysis and a commitment to driving continuous improvement to the solutions provided.

What Do You Need?
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
What Will Put You Ahead?:
> Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
> Presentation Skills (doing demo, recording and write ups)
> Collaborating with counterparts
> Experience handling project in Local Government / Public Sector Industry

A Day In A Life Typically Look Like:
• Conduct detailed analysis of complex business problems and recommend innovative solutions.
• Ensure that all solutions comply with organizational standards and industry regulations.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify opportunities for further improvement.
