This candidate will provide payment and reconciliation expertise in support of P2P and SCF products and serve as the day-to-day liaison to multiple payment provider banks. This person will be responsible for managing and analyzing payment activity, monitoring exceptions and trends and interacting with the support teams to resolve customer inquiries.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Ensure customer’s multicurrency payments are processed timely daily.
  • Reconcile platform payment transactions to cash accounts, analyze and resolve differences.
  • Generate daily cash proof package and identify unusual transactional activity.
  • Process payment files with integrated banks and be able to resolve payment message failures.
  • Analyze OFAC and compliance hits to ensure adherence to internal policy.
  • Review and resolve complex payment issues for customers and financial service providers based on business and system knowledge.

Required skills:

  • Experience with the banking industry
  • KYC Compliance knowledge
  • Experience reconciling payment transactions
  • Customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years’ experience in banking operations, accounting, or cash reconciliation
  • Experience working with bank systems and foreign currency.
  • Knowledge of basic KYC and compliance procedures.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel formulas, pivot tables, Word, and Outlook knowledge.

For this position we anticipate paying a range of $56,000-$84,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
