Description & Requirements

Position Summary

Administrate the customer profiles setup and maintenance, and to handle daily operation tasks and reports.

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Setup and administration of the customer profiles in the Infor Nexus system.
  • Daily monitoring and reporting of newly submitted customer applications and change requests.
  • EID Cards o E-identity card audit and issuance process.
  • o Timely processing of new user e-id card change requests.
  • o Maintain inventory of un-issued cards and readers. Order additional inventory as needed.
  • o Coordinate requests for un-issued cards with US office.
  • Prepare and send shipments using online courier service.
  • Working as a team member, sharing information and assuming responsibility to ensure all work effort are contributed to the success of the department.
  • Adherence to all security guidelines and personal responsibility for all security devices assigned to you.
  • Any ad hoc projects.

Knowledge and Skills, You Bring to the Organization

·       0 - 2 years of customer service experience and/or operation experience in supporting a software application.

·       Bachelor degree in any discipline.

  • Able to master business spoken and written English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
  • Detail and patience oriented, a desire to solve problems, analytical.

·       Ability to multitask and work in a deadline/time sensitive environment.

·       Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

·       Good listener, sharing information and assuming responsibility to ensure success of any and all tasks.

·       Operations experience in the international supply chain or trading industry a plus.

·       Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
