• Vendor Onboarding for 3PL customers on the Infor Nexus application
• Vendor Org creation as per the defined SOP
• Vendor User creation as per the defined SOP
• Vendor code mapping for an existing vendor
• Ensure overall timely onboarding of vendor and vendor users.
• Data Request
• CUCC mapping for Enterprise and 3PL customer
• Proactively interacting and managing customer relationships over the phone and through email; this includes troubleshooting, answering questions, following up on outstanding cases, and analysis of reported issues to ensure a smooth process.


• 1-year Customer Service experience or Operations experience supporting a software application is preferred.
• Customer onboarding activity experience
• Strong Interpersonal skills are essential and should have excellent proficiency in English, Hindi & Bengali language and any other language will be an added advantage.
• Supply chain Experience is added advantage
• Work on night shifts, weekends, and public/mercantile holidays on a roster basis.
