Description & Requirements

Our Infor Managed Services consultants provides break-fix on customizations, systems analysis, and client support for Infor customers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions. We are subject matter experts of our Infor product suite, capitalizing on our industry knowledge to efficiently provide our customers solutions to enhance their business processes.

 

What You Will Need:

  • Fresh Graduate with Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance or Industrial Engineering or related courses.
  • Background in programming and manufacturing/finance
  • Ability to perform troubleshooting and work with different clients.
  • Background in Java/JavaScript Languages, Database (SQL, WinSQL), programming, application development.
  • Ability to verbally present complex concepts and technical information to a non-technical audience in a clear and concise manner.
  • Willing to work on a rotating shift. Provide on-call support on weekends and holidays.

  • Knowledgeable in process analysis, design, and documentation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and planning skills

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Develop strong functional consulting skills surrounding Infor applications (and related third party) technologies and tools to support product customizations, modifications and related consulting/training activities.
  • Responsible for analyzing and interpreting client requirements, drafting functional descriptions and/or programming specifications as required
  • Analyze customers' business requirements objectives; develops business processes to meet customers' business needs. Model to-be business processes in the Infor application. Document and communicate the planned use of the Infor application.
