Description & Requirements

Our Infor Managed Services consultants provide customization and systems analysis solutions to customers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

With their in-depth industry knowledge, they serve as the subject matter experts on the Infor product suite, helping customers streamline their business processes and address any product-related concerns.

As an integral part of the Global IMS delivery team, our consultants ensure that only the best quality of service is delivered to customers. By providing timely resolution for incidents as well as recommending process improvements and product innovations, we help our customers optimize their overall operations and delivery.

A day in the life typically includes:
• Providing the best quality of service for our customers by meeting required SLAs and providing value-adding updates to open incidents
• Developing strong functional consulting skills for Infor applications as well as related third party technologies and tools to support customer inquiries, solutioning and/or enhancement requests, and related consulting/training activities
• Being responsible for analyzing and interpreting customer requirements and drafting functional descriptions and/or programming specifications as required
• Working collaboratively with different work groups to provide sound solutions which address the needs and questions of key users, and ultimately driving incidents to resolution within prescribed SLA.
• Being an integral part of the client servicing team by coordinating activities with each client's Infor Service Operation Manager (SOM)

Required skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in any Finance and/or Accounting related course.
• Experience in supporting SAP FICO, Netsuite Financial Software or any similar ERP Solution.
• Must have atleast 4 to 5 years of experience in Consulting , Supporting or Using Finance Modules of any ERP Solution.
• Knowledgeable in process analysis, design, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and planning skills –
o Ability to verbally present complex concepts and technical information to a non-technical audience in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong Analytical, Problem Solving and Troubleshooting skills.
• Flexibility to work on US, EMEA and/or APAC shifts, provide Holiday Support and be available for on-call duty during weekends when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong experience with Client Support and/or Incident Handling
• Knowledge and Exposure to ERP - Implementation/Support
• Bonus points for:
o Familiarity with the concept of Integration/Mapping (OpenText, Biztalk, etc.) and/or Report Generation (Business Intelligence)
o SQL Knowledge
o Industry Related Certification (i.e., APICS for SCM)
o Methodology Certification (i.e., ITIL, Scrum, Agile, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma)
