Description & Requirements

As an Implementation Consultant, you will have a wide range of responsibilities focused on providing functional solutions and Best Practices to meet the needs of our clients. You will be a part of a team of professionals that play a key role in implementing solutions and delivering results. Skilled at providing in-depth analysis, the ability to provide resolution to client requirements and fulfilling any product gaps using additional custom development/integration of required systems. Expected to mentor and guide others in all aspects of an implementation lifecycle with specific emphasis on systems analysis, functional design, and testing.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  •        Work directly with the customer’s project team to understand their business requirements and translate those requirements into a set of systematic specifications for development.  Assists the customer in making decisions to properly and creatively utilize features to meet the customer’s needs and Industry best practices.
  •        Lead small work teams on engagements, planning, organizing and validating the work of other team members. Provide guidance, assistance, and training opportunities to team members and customer team. Using a high-degree of insight and analytical skill, recommend solutions and on-going risk assessments based on industry best practices. Provides input to the Project Manager regarding effort required for specific tasks.
  •        Develop a deep understanding of the features of the WFM software to properly and creatively utilize features to meet client needs. Detailed understanding of the application architecture, database schema, development tools, and native language. Ensure that deployments and data migrations on the SaaS Cloud and OnPremise Platform are executed. 
  •        Work with Project Managers, Project Directors and Practice Directors on key client engagements. Work with the Technical Consultants on custom builds, deployments, data migrations. Work with Infor Cloud operations to provide direction on environment management and production cutovers. Collaborate with Product Management, Product Development and Customer Support, when needed, to communicate customers’ needs and determining best solution.
  •        Travel and work at client sites as assigned.

Basic Qualification:

  •       Graduate or post-graduate with 5-8 yrs of experience in IT/Consulting/Implementation services with 3-5 years of implementation experience.
  •        Knowledge/ exposure to business processes and best practices in Human Capital or Workforce management solutions.
  •       Skilled in analyzing and documenting business requirements and corresponding solution specifications.
  •       Good Understanding of, and experience with, application architectures (client/server, web, database), onprem and cloud deployment platforms, relational data modeling / object-oriented design, usability concepts, integrations and reporting aspects of software's. Experience writing database queries in SQL and working on databases.
  •       Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills
  •       Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and Presentation skills.
  •       Able to work with minimal direction and supervision.
