Description & Requirements

The Corporate Operations Senior Manager will partner with senior leadership and be responsible for driving execution, clarity, and accountability for large-scale programs that support Infor’s Corporate priorities. In this individual contributor role, you will lead key cross-functional teams and programs within a portfolio of transformation initiatives by aligning and ensuring that business teams, processes, and tools are optimized for successful execution and delivery. You will bring visibility and consistency in program approach, governance, and execution to cross-functional teams, and ensure that teams are working in lock step to achieve desired results of Infor’s top priorities.

A Day in the Life:

  • Partner with cross-functional senior leaders to drive programs by leveraging established Principle Based Management frameworks in support of the followingInfor’s Operational & Strategic Alignment; Time to Value Priorities; and, Release Readiness.
  • Coordinate execution of program deliverables with cross-functional teams, focusing on key activities, roles, interlocks, and tight orchestration to ensure a consistent approach and successful delivery.
  • Maintain and execute program approach, including:  program charter, governance, workstreams and scope, launch schedules, success metrics & measurements, risk & mitigation plans, feedback and adoption processes.
  • Conduct and document stakeholder inventories and change analysis.
  • Challenge and pivot to address new data and knowledge as they become available.
  • Facilitate communications and enablement across cross-functional teams to ensure understanding of the programs, clarity of expected outcomes, and knowledge transfers.
  • Prepare progress reports, portfolio and roadmap updates for senior leadership review and challenge.
  • Follow a framework to operationalize and transition to steady state back to the business.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite technology and related processes.
  • Experience with Project Management technology implementation skills.
  •  Experience adapting to high energy, fast-paced work environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Infor: business value drivers, competitive advantage, understanding of how we work.
  • Ability to foster and deepen executive level relationships--executive influence & communication skills.
  • Apply Principle Based Management frameworks to make effective decisions.  
  • Ability to understand how an effort fits (or not) to the whole economic thought process.
  • Program management skills and ability to simplify the complex and stay focused on execution.
  • A graduate degree in business management, program management, or a related field.  

Location:  Remote Based (Alpharetta, GA, St. Paul, MN, Dallas, TX)
