Description & Requirements

A Senior Business Analyst specializing in the Supply Chain Execution (SCE) module plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing ERP functionality to support efficient warehouse, logistics, and distribution operations. This role serves as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring that system capabilities align with operational needs. The analyst is responsible for system troubleshooting, developing functional specifications, and testing enhancements.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Design and implement solutions and add new features. Optimizing and enhancing business processes in areas of Supply Chain Execution.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technology solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day issues in the Infor M3 Supply Chain Execution module.
  • Respond to urgent issues, debugging errors, checking logs, and coordinating fixes.
  • Meet with business stakeholders to gather requirements for a new feature or process change.
  • Write functional specifications and work with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Documenting functional and technical solutions, including detailed net change documentation.
  • Participate in testing activities, logging issues, and validating fixes

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, ideally within ERP or Supply Chain Management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Creative and critical thinking skills, with the ability to design thoughtful, effective, and detail-oriented solutions to complex business challenges
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL; able to write and interpret queries for data analysis and issue investigation.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Experience with issue tracking and project management tools such as JIRA or similar platforms
  • Willing to work onsite at least three days per week

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Capable of analyzing and understanding source code across various programming languages.
