Job Description:

Great opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders, including, not limited to, Product/Solution Managers, other Business Analysts/SMEs, Software Engineering/Development Team, Support Organization, Services/consulting organization etc…to understand business needs and identify process improvements, while also translating business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. This role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of Human Resource Talent (HRT) processes and systems.


Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  1. MBA or an equivalent with HR/Workforce specialization.
  2. enough experience in business analysis, with a focus on HR Practice.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR Practice including, not limited to, areas of Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Learning & Development, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, Employment Contracts, Health & Safety, Employee Relations/Performance, Goals etc…
  4. Experience writing user stories and requirements documentation.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate requirements workshops and presentations.
  6. Go Getter attitude
  7. Strong acquaintance with Technology like AI/ML, Large Language Model (LLM)s, familiarity with at least one Business Intelligence/Analytics platform/Tools
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills &
  9. Exposure if not hands on with Business Intelligence tools/Analytics will be a big plus.
  10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  11. Functional Design and experience of working with Agile methodologies (product development)
  12. Nice to have: hands on or familiarity of at least one of these Systems …Infor HRT Solution, Workday, SAP Successfactors or something similar
  13. Most of all, a zeal to work towards ''what does the HR System users need in these times to make their daily life easier …'' and how we can help them achieve
