Description & Requirements

The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing architecture and technology issues encountered in the integration of an output management application with an ERP system delivered as a SaaS or on premise solution. As a member of an ERP development team, the Business Analyst is responsible for reporting and follow up of detected issues with other development teams until resolution. He coordinates the maintenance updates and release of new features and functions of the output management product to dependent teams, stakeholders and  the release  management. The position involves close interaction with product management, product architects, developers, quality assurance and technical writers. The Business Analyst is expected to possess a hands-on understanding of the ERP business processes, document output and reporting.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes
  • Plan and coordinate all activities  in the support, maintenance and delivery of the output management solution.
  • Provide regular updates and report of progress to stakeholders and management.
  • Initiates quality assurance testing  of the integrated solution with the development team when updates are deployed
  • Conduct testing of the solution and analysis of issues detected. 
  • Document detected issues and provide necessary information to the responsible development team.
  • Keep track of reported issues and follow up with responsible teams.
  • Prepare all process and documentary requirements for the release of maintenance fixes and feature updates of the output management solution.
  • Coordinate with Release Management on the product release and delivery of the solution.
  • Conduct regular meeting with stakeholders, management and development team representatives to inform of progress and any impediments, align expectations and priorities and facilitate decision making.

What You Will Need?
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent. 
  • At least 3 to 5 years working experience in the related field 
  • Experience working within a large, cross- regional development organization
  • Very good English communication skills
  • Assertive and able to communicate clearly and effectively 
  • Working knowledge in the ff.  
  • ERP business processes
  • ○ Output management application
  • ○ Software Development Life Cycle
  • ○ Agile Development Methodology (Scrum and Kanban)
  • ○ Software quality assurance
  • ○ Test management using different Quality Assurance tool
  • ○ Defect tracking using JIRA or similar tool

What Will Put You Ahead?
  • Has experience in the following:
  • Financial ERP for manufacturing and distribution process
  • Candidate can also be a graduate of non-IT/Engineering related course but with Financial ERP process knowledge and technically inclined.
