Required Skills

2-5+ years of working experience in an Procure to Pay/Source to Settle Solutions role

Should have knowledge / exposure to business processes and best practices in typical functions like Supply management, Vendor selection, Catalog Management, Search, RFQs, Reverse Auction. Requisition, Purchase order, Receiving, Invoice reconciliation, Accounts payable, Shipments, Supplier Ratings and assessment.

Knowledge on integrations with ERPs

Should have good experience in writing Requirement Documents and Conceptual Documents

Experience with Mock-up Design Tools is a plus

Should have excellent interpersonal, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Should have Excellent presentation skills

Should be a fast learner, detail oriented, decisive, and enjoy fast paced work environments. Should be an Initiative taker, early adopter, technology enthusiast.

Experience with MS Office


Responsible for discussing and understanding business requirements, functional testing of the application for feature enhancements and bug fixes, training key users and managing client expectations on a continuous basis.

Ability to create business process documents that capture each of the customer’s key business processes in a structured manner keeping in mind the company’s business goals \ objectives, the various functions and organization structure

Design configurations, enhancements, conversions and interfaces.

Perform system testing by developing and documenting test scenarios including scenario design with flow mapping and perform prototyping as needed.

Should be a very good team player and should be able to work with other project members for the success of the project
