Dev Business Analyst / Analyste Métier Développement

Attached to the R&D department, you will also be called upon to work in close collaboration with the Support team which depends on the Development team for products in the Anael range.

Condition:

  • Full-time position of Dev Business Analyst located at Tunis on Anael TT (Temporary Work) and Anael RS (Staff delegation) products.
  • Reports directly to the Product Development Manager

Position Summary

Business Analyst is working closely with stakeholders (included French written law) to understand business needs and identify process improvements, while also translating business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

As a member of the Development team, the Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing and communicating business requirements for assigned product development, product maintenance and support activities; and for contributing to the design and realization of solutions to agreed requirements.

This role requires excellent communication in French (oral and written) and analytical skills, as well as a deep thirst for learning and understanding the temporary worker sector and systems.

This role is also expected to participate in quality assurance and documentation.

A day in the life Typically Includes

  • Participates in the development planning for the team.
  • Ensures that product designs successfully fulfill the needs that are defined in the business requirements.
  • Responsible to provide designs and input on coding, quality, and implementation considerations throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Review and contribute to product release documentations such as Configuration Guide and integration Guide.
  • Product maintenance and support activities.
  • Investigate, validate and prioritize resolution of reported bugs.
  • Carry out different types of testing such as integration testing, functional testing, regression testing and smoke testing of new development work as assigned.

Essential Duties

  • Elicitation: Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Documentation: Document business and functional requirements in a clear and concise manner, using tools such as use cases, user stories, and process flows.
  • Testing: Support the testing team by providing detailed functional and business requirements, ensuring that all requirements are adequately tested before deployment
  • Respects the commitments made (Estimates, Milestone, Deadline, …) and active participation in the Quality Assurance and test procedures.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years' experience as Dev Business Analyst with experience of using, supporting or testing ERP software.
  • Experience in Payroll or CRM modules.
  • Software design and Development.
  • Problem-solving, analysis and testing.
  • Familiarity with SDLC.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in delivering presentations to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualification

  • Experience in Jira
  • What Will Put You Ahead?
    • Functional knowledge on French payroll system and Temporary Working industry.
