Description & Requirements

The Development Business Analyst will support Infor’s Financial and Supply Chain Management systems and clients, and will play a pivotal role in facilitating communication between our clients and internal development teams. The Business Analyst will gather, analyze, and document business, helping to shape and deliver solutions that address our clients' unique needs.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes: 

  • Collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges
  • Analyze gathered requirements to identify patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Create clear and concise design documentation, including use cases, functional specifications, process flows, and data models
  • Work closely with development teams to design solutions that align with the documented requirements
  • Act as a bridge between clients and development teams, ensuring that communication flows smoothly and expectations are managed effectively
  • Participate in the testing phase to ensure that the developed solutions meet the defined designs
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis


Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in business analysis in the software or technology industry
  • Experience collaborating between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in business analysis tools and methodologies
  • Industry relevant experience in Supply Chain ERP software
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience        


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in healthcare industry:  supply chain management, inventory, purchasing, contracts, and requisitions 
  • Experience with software development and project management methodologies 
  • Understanding of relational databases
  • Experience coding would be an asset
