Description & Requirements

Infor is seeking a highly motivated and talented Digital Experience Leader to take ownership of our company's online presence and digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will lead the development and optimization of our website, ensuring it effectively communicates our brand, products, and value proposition while driving lead generation and engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, and manage agency, to execute digital strategies and campaigns that drive growth and customer satisfaction.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive web strategy to enhance Infor's online presence and customer experience.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the company website, ensuring it aligns with branding and usability best practices. Monitor website performance, analyze user behavior, and optimize user journeys to increase conversions.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, including email marketing, PPC advertising, and social media promotions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces and landing pages.
  • Monitor and report on website and campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Drive omni-channel strategy to reach and retain target prospects and customers on through an integrated paid, earned and owned media strategy.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in web management, digital marketing, and lead generation for a SaaS company.
  • Knowledge of web development technologies, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience in digital marketing transformation, integration and collaboration at a technology or SaaS organization.
  • Experience leading a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Job Location:  US Remote (Alpharetta, GA, Dallas, TX, St. Paul, MN)

For California, Colorado, New York and Washington applicants, we anticipate paying between $155,000 - 195,000 per year.  You may also be offered discretionary variable compensation. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.  In addition, Infor provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
