Description & Requirements

The Director, Sales, will lead the Net New field based sales organization across the Benelux, focused on driving net new sales growth. Being a proven sales leader, they will sell our industry specific multi tenant cloud solutions, maximizing revenues and meeting corporate objectives and cooperate with the internal and external ecosystems. A particular focus will be to develop complex, strategic accounts to ensure successful deal execution. The Sales Director will drive a high-performing, collaborative and ethical sales culture, ensuring ongoing sales success and will report into the VP Sales.

 

Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Direct and lead an outside/field sales team of 5
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy in line with the corporate strategies and goals.
  • Deliver profitable sales growth, ensuring Infor reach their profitable growth objectives
  • Coach and provide expertise, knowledge, and best practices to enhance the sales execution of all sales deals.
  • Utilize a highly principled sales approach, tying in with the Infor’s Principle Base Management (PBM) ethos.
  • Be a talent developer, coach and mentor; investing time in individual members of the team at every level.
  • Create a collaborative culture working closely with all capabilities such as, Marketing, Professional Services, Delivery, Product Development; as well as other corporate functions and Executive Management.

 

What You Will Need:

  • Candidates will have substantial Sales Leadership experience in Cloud / SaaS, with a strong history of sales growth and success.
  • Have customer facing, large complex sales management experience, contract management, pricing expertise, and be a proven collaborator across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Have a proven track record of profitable growth.
  • Have experience recruiting and developing talent.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of value selling, as well as principles based management.
  • Thrive in a transformational environment.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, collaborator, and networker/connector, bringing people together and drive actions to their natural conclusion.
  • Be Hands-on, yet still have an executive presence.
  • Knows how to build teams
