Description & Requirements

Senior Executive Assistant required to provide key administrative and business support to the Senior Vice President, and possibly additional senior management.
The EA will have the ability to exercise good judgment and confidentiality in a variety of situations, with strong written, verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, along with the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

Experience : 5-8 Yrs

Responsibilities:
• Arrange and manage rapidly changing and complex calendars on a global scale
• Manage domestic and international travel, flights, visas, hotels, and ground transportation
• Participate in management team calls, issue agendas, take minutes and monitor actions
• Event coordination and project management for executive(s) and customer visits
• Coordinate divisional workshops, team events, offsites and town halls
• Process expense reports, ensuring accurate cost allocation and adherence to expense policy
• Review and prioritize emails and follow up on urgent action items
• Assist with PPT presentations
• Communicate in a positive and professional manner with internal and external clients on behalf of their executive
• Type letters, reports and other correspondence as required
• Provide general administrative support

Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience of supporting senior executives within a high-paced environment
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills required in English. Proficiencies in other languages a bonus
• High level of flexibility and adaptability
• The ability to multitask and prioritise an everchanging workload
• Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages
• The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, strong sense of urgency
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
• Education level plus 2 and above
