Description & Requirements
Infor is looking for a Senior Product (Payroll) Support Analyst whom provides product support to customers, answering complex questions on function and usage of Infor product via the telephone and/or Internet, Serves as primary support liaison between company and customer.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Resolves client’s questions or problems over the telephone or internet focusing product functionality, operating environments and system configuration/setup.
- Serves as primary support liaison between company and customer and documents incidents in required tracking systems.
- Proactively keeps customer informed of how and when problems are resolved with focus on retention and reference ability.
What You Will Need:
Required skills:
- 5 to 6 years of solid experience in French Payroll systems and related regulation area.
- Fluent French language required & mandatory, good writing and editing skills.
- Good knowledge and sense of the customer relationship.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Functional knowledge and experience on Anael Paie iSeries.
- Advanced problem solving and analytic skills.
