Description & Requirements

Infor is looking for a Senior Product (Payroll) Support Analyst whom provides product support to customers, answering complex questions on function and usage of Infor product via the telephone and/or Internet, Serves as primary support liaison between company and customer.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Resolves client’s questions or problems over the telephone or internet focusing product functionality, operating environments and system configuration/setup.
  • Serves as primary support liaison between company and customer and documents incidents in required tracking systems.
  • Proactively keeps customer informed of how and when problems are resolved with focus on retention and reference ability.

What You Will Need:

Required skills:

  • 5 to 6 years of solid experience in French Payroll systems and related regulation area.
  • Fluent French language required & mandatory, good writing and editing skills.
  • Good knowledge and sense of the customer relationship.

What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Functional knowledge and experience on Anael Paie iSeries.
  • Advanced problem solving and analytic skills.
