Description & Requirements

The Human Resources (HR) Advisor Advisor will collaborate closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organization goals and drive employee engagement, talent development, and a high-performance culture.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

Work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and provide HR solutions that drive business objectives.
Support onboarding, performance management and succession planning to attract and retain top talents.
Foster a positive work environment by developing initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and company culture.
Implement training and development programs to build leadership and technical competencies. Assist on organizational design, restructuring, and headcount planning to ensure alignment with business goals.
Address workforce concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Analyze HR data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience working in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience working in a HRBP role helping to develop and implement strategic organization-wide solutions.
Experience working with employment laws and HR Best Practices.
Experience working with employees at all levels of an organization.
Experience with HR systems and data analytics.
Full proficiency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Experience working across teams including Talent Acquisition.
Travel as needed globally.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a technology or software-based company.
Communication skills including the ability to present to all levels of an organization.
Experience developing and delivering training as needed.
Experience supporting change management initiatives at all levels of an organization.
