Description & Requirements

As an HR Advisor at Infor Japan, you will work closely with the Senior HR Manager to support all facets of HR, ensuring that processes are effectively managed to drive more strategic and proactive HRBP partnerships. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert on HR processes, handle employee relations, and assist in various HR projects aimed at aligning with the global business and HR vision, fostering a PBM culture, and enhancing employee engagement. This position is key in transforming the HR function from an operational focus to a proactive, business-partnering model. 

  • Support Transformation Initiatives: Collaborate with the Senior HR Manager to design and implement HR strategies that drive organizational change and improve overall effectiveness. 
  • Change Management: Assist in developing and executing HR driven change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and support for all stakeholders throughout the transformation process. 
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs and survey to enhance employee engagement, promoting a PBM culture.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate workshops or programs that equip employees with the skills needed to thrive in a transformed environment. 
  • Employee Relations: Provide day to day HR guidance and support to employees, handles employee queries and minor issues, and fostering a positive work environment
  •  Performance management: Support talent review processes 
  • Admin and others: HR related local administrative work both internal and external, review HR records, benefits and local policies/procedures to be compliant 
  • Payroll: dealing with payroll queries and operation dealing with data 

Basic Qualifications
  • Above business level of English
  • Above JLPT2 level of Japanese including speaking level
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • At least 3-4 years experiences in a HR related role 
  • Working experience related to employee engagement or taking initiative of change management 
  • Working experience to develop the training programme and facilitate the training session 
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and employee development. 
  • Self motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with employees and all internal stakeholders; 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, taking initiative, solving problems creatively, and always seeking to close the gaps between current capabilities and potential achievements; 
  • Ability to translate data into business relevance; 
  • Working knowledge with the local labor law.
