Develop, manage, and lead employee engagement strategies/programs & internal communications aimed at creating a positive environment in the workplace. Perform HR business partnership role to bridge and align HR strategic imperatives with business objectives.
The role reports to the ASEAN HR Leader and holds responsibility for a geographically dispersed, multi-disciplinary employee mix across the ASEAN region.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational delivery, pragmatism and a degree of resilience to manage a challenging, fast paced and often ambiguous client group. Proven successful track record of leading and delivering change, devising and implementing HR strategies and providing effective advice and influencing decision making at a senior level.
