Description & Requirements

The Key Account Director will be responsible for managing strategic customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction within an assigned portfolio. This role is focused on expanding existing business, identifying new opportunities, and positioning Infor's enterprise solutions as the partner of choice.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

  • Own and grow a defined portfolio of accounts, fostering long-term strategic relationships.
  • Develop and execute account strategies that align with customer business objectives.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Be the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders within customer organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, consulting, product, and customer success, to deliver maximum value.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure alignment with customer needs and company goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and Infor’s evolving solutions to provide expert guidance.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics.

Basic Qualifications

  • Native Spanish and high level of English.
  • Experienced in enterprise software sales or key account management experience.
  • Ideally experienced in one of the following industries: Manufacturing, Automotive, Distribution or Food and Beverage.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals above $1M+
  • Experience to build and maintain C-level relationships.
  • Experience in cloud-based ERP, SCM, HCM, Finance or related enterprise solutions.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead complex sales cycles.
