The HR Manager plays a pivotal role in any organization, serving as the driving force behind an efficient and harmonious workplace.

The mission for the role:

• Collaborate closely with the leadership team to assist in achieving business objectives through strategic partnerships.

• Aid the HR Director in addressing global HR initiatives and projects as necessary.

• Work with internal clients assigned to the role to enhance organizational capabilities aligned with business objectives.

• Offer support, feedback, and coaching to promote our PBM culture, with training provided to the successful candidate.

• Serve as a vital business advisor and subject matter expert for designated teams by leveraging business acumen, managing relationships, and proactive interventions.

• Demonstrate the capacity to comprehend business goals and market trends and use this insight to suggest and influence innovative approaches, policies, and procedures to continuously enhance business outcomes, productivity, and HR development within the company.

• Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders on areas such as performance management, employee engagement, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and change management.

• Drive change initiatives and provide direction for organizational design, development, and change management solutions.

• Foster relationships with both in-country and global HR teams as needed, and coordinate with country HR teams when necessary.

• Assume responsibility for ad-hoc HR projects as they arise.

• Address HR issues, such as disciplinary actions and grievances, ensuring satisfactory resolutions, and adhering to country-specific processes when applicable.

• Develop and deliver specific training sessions, workshops, and teams as required by the business.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in French and a high level of English language skills.

• Strong ability to build relationships and coach senior stakeholders.

• Generalist HR experience in a global and matrixed environment, with the capacity to provide guidance and influence senior and executive leadership team members.

• Proficiency in project management and change management.

• Experience working with leaders and HR teams outside of the home territory.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence company leaders (especially in Excel).

• Experience in the IT services or software industry would be advantageous.
