Position Summary:
This position is on the Data Management and Analytics (DMA) team and this role will report directly to the Data Analytics leader. The Manager is responsible for supporting our mid- and back-office capabilities by developing a preferred partner relationship with the business(es), managing a team of data analysts to develop dashboards and insights, ensure that team resource capacity is optimized, support DMA goals and vision, understand and support MBM as the basis for a growth-oriented team.

Key Responsibilities / Activities:
The successful candidate must be enthusiastic about Data & Analytics strategy and be self-motivated, results oriented and able to independently lead
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and develop data driven solutions
  • Account for the overall management of projects including: timeliness, communications, quality, and identification of client value targeted and delivered
  • Prioritize and monitor progression of the Analytic Portfolio for each supported business/capability
  • Communicate and engage with key internal business partners
  • Manage staff to optimize use of resources for the benefit of the team and the individuals on it
Key Requirements / Experience:
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree
  • Direct resource management experience including management of offshore resources
  • Proven experience managing and delivering a wide variety of analytic solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good at developing relationships across diverse teams
  • Experience with BI tools (Domo a plus)
  • Highly motivated, collaborative, and innovative
  • Effective Communicator with executive presence
Nice to have:
  • Working knowledge of mid-office/back-office functions such as HR, Finance, Product Development, IT, and similar.
  • Project Management experience
