Infor is seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager to join our global campaigns organization, supporting global campaigns.
This role will focus on integrated, persona-centric, global campaigns and field marketing programs, including development, planning, and end-to-end execution, aligned with business priorities and outcomes.
The role can be based in Europe. Working from one our office or remotely.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
· Planning, organizing and executing programs to generate new business leads and grow existing business
· Manage programs and work with cross-functional digital marketing, creative services and events team members to execute campaigns
· Liaison between marketing functions and regional/inside/partner sales teams
· Develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs jointly with sales
· Sales enablement to help sales convert leads to revenue via content, tools and subject matter experts
· Forecast, measure, analyze and report on impact of programs
· Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including global, regional and local programs
· Goal setting: understand the corporate and regional plans and strategies, e.g. contribution to revenue and how Regional Marketing can support those objectives, and prioritization
· Market Segments: understand the target markets and key GTM strategies, as well as the value of the product portfolio suitable for the region
· Sales & Lead Processes: understand the sales cycle length, pipeline stages, sales models and account-based strategies
· Liaison to other marketing functions: e.g. digital, events, product marketing, to include campaign and content planning
· Measurement, reporting and analytics: understand how activity and performance are measured and reported, and how to generate metrics at the regional/country level
What You Will Need:
· A degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field required
· Prior marketing experience with demonstrated success in driving demand generation programs with measurable performance
· Knowledge and experience executing modern marketing channels, including but not limited to virtual events, conferences, webinars, email, direct mail and digital advertising
· Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and execute with attention to detail
· Energetic, high performer with a willingness to take initiative and be resourceful
· Creative thinker who is adept at working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable adding new ideas
· Excellent presentation skills and confidence in communicating with senior level sales directors
· Note: some travel may be required
