Description & Requirements

We are looking for a marketer passionate about building robust demand generation strategies. You have experience planning and managing demand generation campaigns, marketing automation, and lead management.  The Marketing Manager, Healthcare, will be responsible for the marketing plans, activities and campaigns that will drive demand to our sales team. You will execute marketing programs to generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

Strategically plan and execute demand generation programs through a variety of channels, including email, digital marketing, website, webinar, paid search, paid social, content syndication, display advertising, direct marketing, events and account-based marketing (ABM) to drive a sufficient volume of leads/pipeline.

Manage the budget for demand generation and digital marketing programs.

Segment, target and personalize campaigns for target accounts of customers and prospects.

Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact (ROI) of demand generation activities.

Continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly.

Plan, negotiate with, manage and analyze third-party lead generation vendors.


Required skills:

Experience of  demand generation experience focusing on the healthcare industry.

Expertise across a spectrum of demand generation techniques (email, digital marketing, website, ABM, content syndication, events, etc).

Analytically minded with a focus on target attainment.

•     Experience in working closely with creative and agency resources in support of campaign development and execution.

•     Experience working with CRM (Salesforce), including campaign and lead management and reporting. 

•     Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while paying close attention to details.


Preferred Qualifications:

•    Experience in the SaaS/software industry.
