Description & Requirements

The Operations Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, finance, and reporting, to ensure seamless project lifecycle management from opportunity identification to project closure. Responsible for generating and validating reports, identifying trends, and delivering actionable recommendations to improve operational performance and accuracy.

Essential Duties:

  • Project creation in Infor systems based on contracts provided by the Sales Department
  • Project administration throughout the project lifecycle in collaboration with Project Team and Finance
  • Monthly invoicing in cooperation with Project Managers and the Billing Team
  • Cooperation with internal departments to solve issues as they arise with customers, consultants, and vendors
  • Performing data reporting and analysis to ensure data accuracy and reliability

Basic Qualifications:

  • Excellent English and German spoken and written
  • Excel
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and decisiveness
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail and focus on data accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Operations preferred
  • Software industry experience preferred
  • Experience working with services sales and delivery teams
