Description & Requirements

A Senior Change Consultant is responsible for supporting end-to-end delivery of Organizational Change Management in support of Cloud-based technology implementations. Emphasis on the following disciplines: Leadership and Organizational Alignment, Organizational Impact, Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement, Communications, and Learning.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Engaging with client leadership (i.e., C-suite, Executives), mid-level management, and front-line employees in identifying key risks, issues, contingency plans, and timelines for technology implementations.
  • Collaborating with Infor and Client Project Managers on integrating OCM work into overall project delivery.
  • Managing and leading a small team of offshore training content developers for End User training.
  • Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to understand needs, solve problems, generate analysis and insights, and develop innovative solutions across organizational boundaries.
  • Design, lead, and facilitate large or complex group meetings either in-person or remotely 
  • Collect, analyze, and present quantitative and qualitative data to generate fact-based recommendations and measurement of progress. 


Basic Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Learning Delivery in support of projects involving people, processes, and technology.
  • Experience with communication management relating to project work, internal and external.
  • Experience with the development of project strategy and project plans.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with a Digital Adoption Platform.
  • Experience engaging with or managing offshore /nearshore Training Development teams.
  • End to End Change Management Delivery Experience.
  • Experience with Design Thinking and workshop facilitation (e.g. Mural).
