Description & Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Analysts support the PLM for Process (Optiva) Product.
  • The product handles Formula Management, Specifications, Parameters and Label Creation in the
  • Food, Pharma and Chemical industries.
  • Customers will enter incidents into our on-line portal and you retrieve them from a queue in a round-robin with your fellow analysts.
  • The questions cover all aspects of the application, Cloud related issues etc…
  • You will use your product knowledge , technological skills , diagnostic skills etc…. to resolve the issues.  Team members work together to resolve issues.
  • Team meetings and Zoom meetings with customers are sometimes required in order to communicate the issue.
  • You may need to walk a customer through steps to resolution.
  • Copies of the database may be provided to test and duplicate the issue.
  • SQL studio may be used for database analysis
  • Some issues will get passed to other teams if they fall out of the Support scope.
  • Defect entry is required for some issues and we work closely with Development in order to provide solutions.

Basic Qualification:

  • 4 year Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 2 years related work experience post graduation
  • Communication skills, English is the required Language, all incidents must be kept up to date and be well-written.
  • A tenacious personality is required, someone who will not give up until they find the answer
  • Tech Requirements:  SQL studio, SQL query writing, VBnet scripting, some Cloud experience preferred
