Description & Requirements

As a Project Manager you have primary responsibility working with customers to implement Infor Nexus solutions and maintaining daily/weekly contact with the customer as appropriate. You will manage a project team of global resources to ensure successful project delivery that is both on time and on budget.  This position requires experience in global project management along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with customers, leading teams, and driving business processes as well as technical work streams. This position requires regular interaction with Nexus management to report on project status, issues, resources, and customer satisfaction.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes: 

  • Managing 3 to 10 separate projects and successfully deploying the agreed-upon solution with high customer satisfaction
  • Managing cross-functional teams for project delivery, actively including project assignments and helping to resolve any hurdles that arise
  • Understanding the project SoW (Statement of Work) and scope and effectively tracking all changes to it with a change order
  • Using project tools prescribed by the PMO to execute the assigned projects Creating and managing all project deliverables that include project plan, status report, financial tracker, revenue forecast tracker and customer invoices
  • Using the prescribed process and methodology to execute and manage the assigned projects
  • Managing the customer expectations on the assigned projects and ensure timely communication to customer and Infor leadership
  • Working closely with other internal groups, including Product Managers, to define future functionality and prioritize enhancements, Engineering to support feature development and fixes, and Sales to ensure that customers are fully comfortable with the implementation methodology
  • Monitoring the Professional Services KPI’s including Utilization, Services Revenue, and profit margin metrics for the projects

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience leading end to end Enterprise Software implementations  
  • Knowledge of supply chain & transportation business processes
  • Experience managing project budgets and timelines successfully
  • Experienced with Project Management tools, MS Office products, and experience with business-to-business electronic communications (EDI, XML).
  • Travel up to 20%


Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or other Project Management certification
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience
