Description & Requirements

This position will be responsible for ensuring that software quality standards are in place for Infor products before releasing to customers. The primary responsibility is to maintain and improve the quality of deliverables by inspecting and measuring them against standards to identify defects for correction, specifically for Infor CRM.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

· Building test automation scripts for web and mobile applications.

· Performing acceptance and regression testing.

· Writing and maintaining test cases and test scenarios.

· Writing comprehensive defect reports.

· Working closely with the development team to coordinate testing requirement and diligently following up on reported defects.

Required skills:

· Must have at least 3 to 5 years professional experience in testing business applications.

· Must have at least 3 to 5 years professional experience in acceptance, system, and regression testing.

· Must have at least 3 to 5 years professional experience in developing test automation scripts utilizing Selenium, with proficiency in either Java or C# as the programming language.

· Proficient in test case creation.

· Proficient in defect reporting.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Organization and multitasking skills are critical; function well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application.

· Familiarly with mobile test automation.
