Description & Requirements

Responsibilities 
  • Planning, prioritizing, coordinating testing activities & identify, record and track system bugs.​
  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to discuss system enhancements.​
  • Write and execute test plans based on analysis of system enhancements.​
  • Provide support and training for required groups.​
  • Work closely with Test Automation team & assist as required.​
  • Document testing procedures and methodologies.​
  • Research and resolve Production Support cases in a timely manner.​
  • Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.​
Requirement 
  • Bachelor's degree required and 1-2 years of quality assurance testing experience is required.​
  • Experience writing test plans and test results reports.​
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and concepts.​
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)​
  • Ability to work through complex system issues with a creative mindset.​
  • Knowledge of EDI, Supply chain is a plus.​
