Description & Requirements

The Reporting Analyst will be a key player within the Enterprise Analytics & Reporting function, supporting the Global License Sales and Ecosystem team. This role is designed to drive visibility, accountability, and strategic insight across ecosystem operations. Through data analytics, performance tracking, and collaborative execution, the Reporting Analyst empowers stakeholders to make informed decisions and continuously optimize business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

Data Insights & Ecosystem Alignment

  • Provide analytics and reporting to align ecosystem activities with strategic business goals

  • Improve organizational knowledge and decision-making by translating data into actionable insights

  • Identify trends, risks, and performance gaps; investigate root causes and partner cross-functionally to implement improvements beyond standard reporting

Operational Support

  • Support day-to-day operations of global license sales by ensuring pipeline visibility and tracking key ecosystem activities

  • Facilitate regular business performance reviews with a focus on metrics such as pipeline generation and ecosystem performance

Strategic Contribution

  • Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Executive Ecosystem Dashboards) to provide holistic and timely insights

  • Bridge data gaps between sales, operations, and ecosystem teams for strategic cohesion

  • Contribute to data automation and advanced analytics strategies using AI and BI technologies


Basic Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data

  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)

  • Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Solid business understanding of sales ecosystems, including pipeline and partner operations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise data tools and dashboard development


Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced experience with enterprise BI and analytics platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau)

  • Proven experience supporting global sales organizations with data-driven insights

  • Background in process automation and reporting optimization

  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools for advanced data manipulation

  • Strong understanding of license sales dynamics and ecosystem performance metrics

  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
