Description & Requirements

As part of the Operations Hub Team in Wroclaw, you will support the global sales team. Operations Hub Team’s objective is to drive improved visibility into the business through greater emphasis on analytics to support better decision-making.  As part of a team of 10+, you will be a custodian of Salesforce & Clari and be responsible for the quality of the data held within it.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes: 

  • SFDC, CRM super-user, troubleshooting, UAT testing, enhancement requests, partner-related tools,
  • Continual monitoring of CRM data quality and report any irregularities,
  • Provide CRM system and process advice for Direct Sales Reps and Channel Account Executives,
  • Evaluate and generate ad hoc report requests and provide insights (if required),
  • Properly route opportunities to respective Lines of Business according to the documentation,
  • Identify and make recommendations for process improvement,
  • Ensure alignment with Salesforce team regarding updates on data uploads.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Very good written and spoken English skills,
  • Microsoft Office skills (mainly MS Excel),
  • Accurate, with good attention to detail, able to spot and rectify errors,
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks,
  • Able to take initiative/responsibility to support the team in their common goals.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus),
  • Ideally experience in a similar administrative function,
  • Bonus points for working with different cultural background across multiple time zones.
