Description & Requirements

This is a Manager / Sr. Manager that will be responsible for developing and executing the partner ecosystem strategy to enable partners, and support them in their sales, content and delivery of process mining and other automation initiatives for any partner-sourced deals.

 
Key Responsibilities


Strategy Development and Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partner ecosystem strategy aligned with Infor’s strategic goals
  • Partner with Infor partner network team to identify and engage with strategic partners across different industries to create robust enablement and training program
  • Align partner strategy with Infor product and content roadmap and go-to-market initiatives to ensure cohesive execution
  • Foster a culture of co-innovation and co-creation within the ecosystem to drive value for all stakeholders

Partner Enablement

  • Build a comprehensive training material and enablement model that will be rolled out with the resources that are part of this team
  • Train the partners both on the tool and content
  • Provide guidance and support to partners on Infor product positioning, sales engagement, and solution delivery

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level contacts at partner organizations
  • Create and oversee partner onboarding, training, and certification programs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure alignment with partner initiatives
  • • Represent Infor at industry events and partner conferences
  • • Develop co-selling, reselling and co-marketing strategies with key partners
  • Identify potential new market opportunities through partner collaboration

Program Management

  • Design and implement partner programs that incentivize collaboration and drive mutual growth
  • Oversee partner portal development and maintenance
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize partner delivery and enablement programs for maximum effectiveness


Qualifications


 Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in process analysis, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, SAP-Signavio, Appromore, Microsoft-Minit) is required.
  • Prior experience implementing AI/ML for process improvements and ability to demo and present results to business stakeholders will be nice to have.
  • Had experience training large group of people both for internal and partner ecosystem. Proficiency with Infor products such as LN, M3 or other ERP products will be nice to have.
