Description & Requirements

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager who is enthusiastic about technology to join our Ethics and Compliance team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage compliance programs, ensure that all activities comply with regulatory requirements, and maintain the highest standards of ethics and conduct within the organization.

A Day In the Life Typically Looks Like:
  • Develop, implement, and manage compliance programs that mitigate organizational risk to the business, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the compliance programs and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify potential compliance risks and work with the Global Ethics and Compliance Director to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to various departments on compliance-related matters.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prepare reports on compliance activities and findings to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Basic Qualifications
  • Prior experience in compliance or risk management.
  • Project management experience.
  • Knowledge of compliance policies and regulations.
  • Experience with compliance management software and tools.
  • Experience with creating and delivering      compliance training programs.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the technology or financial services industry.
