Are you interested in working in a highly international team whose passion is to provide the best ERP system support for the core processes of leading equipment OEMs, dealers, service and rental organizations? Are you interested in understanding and improve business processes?
If you are also interested in IT systems and how they can be designed to support customer’s efforts to optimize their business, then this might be the right position for you.

We are looking for a Senior or Principal Business Analyst to join our M3 Equipment Industry development team.
You will work in close collaboration with other Business Analysts and Software Engineers in Sweden and the Philippines and have regular contact with Product Management and Solution Consulting with the goal to deliver new functionality in a quality-assured way in a Cloud environment, focusing our customers in the Equipment industry.
The job involves customer contact, analysis of customer requirements, design, testing, and documentation of new solutions as well as improving already existing products and their supporting processes.
You will lead development work in a very experienced team. The focus is mainly on applications used for Quotation (EQM), Rental, Leasing, Service and Project Order.   

Work location is preferably Linköping or Stockholm.
Travelling in this role may occur, but it’s not very frequent.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes: 
  • Work with the entire system development life cycle, from the drawing board to an executable feature.
  • Analyze a requirement and design for new functionality as well as improvement of existing business functionality. 
  • Discuss the solution with other Business Analysts and work together with a Software engineer that is skilled in programming.
  • Assist and guide Infor colleagues as an M3 application expert with functional knowledge within an area. It can be Infor colleagues within the development department, but also support, services and sales.
  • Work in close collaboration with product managers and customers to understand new requirements and business needs.
  • Create documentation for our customers.


Basic Qualifications: 
  • Deep knowledge of architecting equipment, service/maintenance or rental solutions are meriting
  • Deep knowledge of equipment, service/maintenance or rental solutions and ERP implementations
  • Can creatively address big-picture problems with a detailed-minded solution approach
  • Result oriented person with good communication and analytical skills
  • Takes ownership of assigned projects and deliver in time
  • Be a team player with ability to structure and work independently
  • Fluent in English


Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Academic degree in business economics, engineering, or systems science.
  • A genuine interest in functional software and business processes.
  • Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and data base management.
  • Familiarity with ERP or Business systems, as a user or developer, with a preference for M3.
  • Familiarity with the equipment, service/maintenance or rental industry.
  • General programming knowledge in eg JAVA or similar or being able to read and understand programming code.
