Description & Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Consultant or Principal ERP Consultant with a focus on Finance and Accounting to join our team i Stockholm. This role involves leading ERP implementations, optimizing financial modules, and providing strategic advice to clients in the diverse industries we work with. The consultant will be responsible for delivering best-in-class Infor ERP solutions that enhance financial performance, regulatory compliance, and reporting capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:
ERP Implementation & Customization:
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Infor M3 ERP system, specifically financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management).
  • Design, configure, and customize ERP systems based on client needs, ensuring alignment with accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Manage ERP upgrades, migrations, and optimization projects, ensuring minimal business disruption.

Consulting & Advisory:
  • Provide expert advice on Infor’s ERP system functionalities, identifying best practices to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Teams to map out business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Advise clients on financial workflows, internal controls, and regulatory compliance (GAAP, IFRS, SOX).

Project Management:
  • Conduct regular client meetings, manage expectations, and provide detailed status updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful delivery of ERP projects.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in Swedish and English - speaking and writing

Experience:
  • Experience in ERP consulting with a focus on finance and accounting modules.
  • Experience with major ERP systems (e.g., Infor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
  • Proven track record in leading ERP implementations for financial processes, including budgeting, consolidation and financial reporting.

Technical Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of financial accounting processes and standards, including GAAP, IFRS, SOX, and local tax regulations.
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP system configurations for general ledger, financial statements, accounts payable/receivable, and asset management.

Consulting Skills:
  • Strong ability to analyze and understand client requirements and convert them into effective ERP solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial processes and ERP functionality to non-technical stakeholders.

Leadership & Project Management:
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple ERP projects simultaneously
