Description & Requirements

Associate Software Engineer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing key components of our Analytics product as well as the tools supporting the product.

Day in a Life:
  • Support and maintain existing models and content – ensure stability, accuracy and ongoing enhancement of existing models and content within the Analytics product. Build new or update existing reports and dashboard addressing issues and implementing improvements as needed. Create new or update existing models to support business requirements. 
  • Contribute to Data Warehouse Architecture - actively participate in the design, development, and implementation of the new data warehouse architecture 
  • Contribute to Gen AI adoption for Analytics - training and explorative discovery of Gen AI capabilities opportunities for our Analytics products. 
  • Develop and maintain IPA workflows – support existing code and apply enhancement on IPA workflows for upgrades, optimizing performance and reliability. 
  • Support Internal tools – manage and improve internal tools related to Source control and other critical development and customer upgrade utilities 
  • Assist Customer upgrades – provide technical support and guidance to customers during the upgrade activities. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues – identify, diagnose and resolve technical challenges related to workflow execution, system integration and model performance. 
  • Document processes and enhancements – maintain clear and detailed documentation for workflows, tools and development processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.

What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field. 
  • 1-3 years of experience in software development, data modeling, or analytics product development  
  • Experience with SQL and database management 
  • Familiarity with data warehouse design and ETL processes 
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Git) 
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, C#  
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues 
  • Experience assisting customers with software upgrades 
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environment 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for documentation and customer interactions

  • Experience working with analytics products, business intelligence tools, or ERP systems 
  • Prior experience supporting customers 
  • Experience in reports and dashboard development for Supply Chain
