Description & Requirements

Leads and/or participates in design, estimation and planning activities, development and execution of new features and enhancements during development life cycle.

What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree or similar in software engineering, computer science, or information technology.
  • At least 5 years of technical experience in product design, programming / software product development environment, software development methodologies, implementation, and quality control
  • Strong technical leadership and experience in large scalable distributed systems and/or SaaS solutions, software development work on Mobile platforms
  • Mobile application development experience using Xamarin or .Net Maui (required)
  • Proficiency in C# and .NET (required)
  • Object-Oriented Programming (required)
  • Knowledge in XAML for UI design (required)
  • Familiarity in concept like MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel)
  • Backend: IIS, MS SQL/Oracle, REST API creation & consumption a must
  • Solid experience on mobile applications, web and backend development
  • Strong analytical and research skills at multiple product level.
  • Experience in leading project planning, estimation, and execution of software solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.

What Will Put You Ahead?
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with cross-platform development concepts
  • Knowledge in Web platform technologies
  • Quality/Testing: Unit Testing experience, Test Driven Development (TDD),
  • Design Patterns (ex. Facade, Factory, Decorator, etc.) preferred, S.O.L.I.D. Principles
  • Version control: SVN a must, GIT / Github
  • Experience in Service Oriented Architecture
  • Experience in using collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence
  • Windows App development like WPF/UWP/WInUi is a plus

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
  • Collaborate effectively with a team of cross-functional developers to deliver high-quality software applications from start to finish, adhering to schedules and specifications.
  • Actively participate in software requirements meetings and kickoffs to thoroughly understand the scope and requirements.
  • Develop reusable, testable, and efficient code, ensuring integration across different branches or development versions when applicable.
  • Ensure high performance and responsiveness to technical requests, including requirements analysis, development, testing, maintenance, and support.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the development lifecycle, such as Software Design Documents, for future reference.
  • Provide accurate project plans and estimates for maintenance tickets, software changes, and other development tasks.
  • Deliver accurate and comprehensive status reports to project leads.
  • Mentor junior developers in both technical and functional aspects of maintenance and development.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to address defects and bugs.
  • Research and integrate new technologies or development tools to enhance productivity, functionality, and system performance.
