Infor HR Talent team is passionate about providing quality and outstanding customer experience in the software we deliver. We are seeking for like-minded, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to build upon our organization’s quality goals.

Infor HRT Talent is a comprehensive suite of HCM software featuring HR-related business processes interconnected with multiple talent management disciplines.

What You Will Need? 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field study 
  • Experience in agile methodology 
  • Experience with at least one programming language 
  • Experience in all stages of application testing, including functional, usability, regression, load/stress and performance testing 
  • Knowledge of Jira and other Atlassian tools 
  • Ability to independently develop and execute comprehensive test scripts using Selenium with cucumber framework 

What Will Put You Ahead?

  • 1-2 years experience in manual testing 
  • Experience in test automation tool or programming language 
  • Background in agile methodology 
  • Knowledge of HCM Domain is a plus 
  • Experience in API automation tool is a plus 
  • Good english communication skills 

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Test execution for monthly release requirements
  • Automation and test execution for product releases and deliverables
  • Documents test plans and test cases
  • Creates and maintain manual and automated test cases
  • Participation in local and global scrum meetings
