Description & Requirements
The Solution Architect (SA) team is responsible for estimating specific Infor solutions that fit within the customer’s business environment that drives the value and outcomes they are looking to achieve. The SA team ensures solution feasibility and proposes a roadmap, statements of work, project plans and implementation estimates for the implementation of, and value realization of, the Infor solution. The Solution Architect uses their broad knowledge of the industry and Infor portfolio to identify the components required to construct the most appropriate solution for the customer. The SA is a bridge between stakeholders, including business teams, sales, pre-sales, implementation and technical teams, ensuring that the software implementation and solution are aligned with the customer's goals and objectives.
A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
- Participates in discovery calls with sales teams to uncover customer business drivers and value drivers for the Infor Solutions implementation and Infor Consulting Services.
- Ensure they are aligned to the Infor Process Catalog for their specific industry.
- Designs, develops, documents and delivers solution architectures, Statements of Work and Bid Packs that meet both internal requirements and client needs.
- Leads architectural discussions and defines an appropriate solution roadmap with clients around proposed Solutions.
- Ensures solution is practical and provides continuity in the implementation project.
- Participates in consulting service sales pursuit.
Basic Qualifications:
- Workforce Management product functional knowledge.
- Workforce Management implementation experience.
- Solution Architect or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Bid Management (solutioning, estimation, creation, development, pre-sales bid approvals, and sales to service transitioning).
- Project Management and project deployment experience.
- Able to travel up to 50%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Infor Workforce Management and Lawson FMS (Financial Management Solutions).
- Experience presenting to C-level audiences.
- Bachelor's degree.
- TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) Architecture certification preferred but not required.
