Description & Requirements

Are you a proactive problem solver with a knack for building strong client relationships? We're looking for a Subscription Services Manager to join our team. 

Your primary focus will be on maintaining and increasing renewal rates
while fostering positive client relationships. 


Here's what you'll be doing:


  • Renewal Growth: Protect and expand our maintenance revenue stream from your assigned clients and channel partners.
  • Efficient Renewals: Ensure timely and accurate renewal processes are followed, keeping all agreements up to date.
  • Value Communication: Articulate the value of our maintenance services to clients and adhere to company policies for pricing adjustments.
  • Negotiation: Handle negotiations with clients, especially when faced with challenges or requested discounts, following company policies and approval protocols.
  • Client Management: Proactively manage and assist with your assigned accounts, including potential on-site visits when coordinated with the Regional Manager.
  • Data Tracking: Contribute to tracking and reporting of customer renewal and retention data.
  • Payment Management: Collaborate with customers to ensure timely payment of all renewals.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve escalated questions and issues, optimizing maintenance revenue.
  • Upselling: Identify opportunities and effectively negotiate upsells for enhanced support offerings (Premium, Elite).
  • Cross-Selling: Develop cross-selling leads within your assigned accounts.
  • Record Maintenance: Collaborate closely with the Support Operations Team and Customer Care to maintain accurate customer records.


 

Key Requirements/Experience

 

Must:

  • Customer oriented (experience dealing with customers, not afraid to talk to customers). Previous experience valued: Customer sales, inside sales, Customer Care, Collections, Support
  • Native French and English (excellent level)
  • Eager to learn (self-learner)

 

Nice to have:

  • 2nd language: Italian or Arabic
  • Experience with the Gulf region (culture and customers)
  • Experience in Technology business
  • Sales experience
