Position Summary

As HR Shared Service Team Leader, you will be managing the day-to-day activities, escalations and performance of the Shared Services Team, based in Poland. This role will require strong partnerships with the HR Business Partners in number of EMEA countries, and cross functional stakeholders to understand business priorities and align services within this team to meet the needs of the organization.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Lead and supervise a team of +7 HR Administrators, providing guidance, support, and performance management to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR SSC team, including managing workload distribution, setting priorities, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to establish and maintain standardized processes, policies, and procedures within the HR SSC to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to enhance service delivery.
  • Train and onboard new team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional development.
  • Handle escalations and complex HR inquiries, providing resolution or appropriately escalating to higher management or subject matter experts as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR best practices, industry trends, and legal/regulatory changes to ensure compliance and accuracy in all HR SSC operations.
  • Act as a liaison between the HR SSC and other HR functions, fostering strong communication and collaboration to achieve seamless service delivery.
  • Implement and maintain data integrity standards to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of HR information and documentation.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and automation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR SSC operations.


What You Will Need:

  • Education: University degree
  • Experience of relevant experience in a HR Operations team
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Good knowledge of other European languages will be an advantage
