Description & Requirements

Infor Global Delivery Services Consultants are an integral part of the services team and play a key role in delivering consulting services for the implementation of Infor Solutions.  The Infor Delivery Services Consultant will implement and train the Infor Manufacturing and Distribution Solutions. The focus will be on client implementations in LATAM, North America and other geographical regions as required.   Delivery Services Consultants consult with the customer to appropriately configure Infor Software, deliver remote training sessions, travel to customer sites to delivery onsite training, and assist customers in the planning and adoption of the Infor solutions.   Consultant will work remotely when not traveling to customer sites. 

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

 

  • Manage Infor Supply Chain (SC) Implementations remotely.
  • Manage different consulting activities i.e. Conference Room Pilot sessions, go-live support.
  • Facilitate solution discussions of primary area of expertise and own all documentation in line with SOW participation in critical phases onsite/nearshore.
  • Design solutions for customers involving SC and other associated products (ERP Integrations, Warehouse Control System (WCS) Interfaces, Transportation Management System (TMS) solutions, Labeling solutions, RFID etc.).
  • Lead Integration workshops.
  • Facilitate end-to-end development of interfaces from requirement gathering to system study, coding, testing, deploying and further enhancements.
  • Liaise with Technical teams for delivering customer’s requirements.
  • Verify / Validate solutions before delivering them to customer.

 Basic Qualifications:

  • Supply Chain experience in at least one industry segment: Healthcare, Chemicals, Financial Services, Distribution and Hospitality.
  • Experience using an ERP software in supply chain, logistics or distribution function.
  • Understanding or working knowledge of Non finance business processes including: Sales, Manufacturing, Supply chain.
  • Travel readiness 20-50%. Passport required.
  • Flexible with work hours crossing various time zones and geographies.
  • 3 days per week in the Infor Mexico City office.
  • Language requirement: Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing Infor S3/LN/M3 solutions or similar ERP software.
  • Certifications with Supply Chain Management, Logistics.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements and creatively configure solutions by mapping customer's business into Enterprise software.
  • Experience with building process diagrams for customers using tools like Visio, Lucid chart etc.
  • Experience conducting training classroom, in person and virtually.
  • Be able to build required documents based on Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with data analytics using Excel and basic SQL.
