Description & Requirements
As a Business Systems and Process Architect, Senior, you play a pivotal role in aligning the Customer Success and Experience organization’s business processes with its strategic goals. Your expertise lies in analyzing, designing, and implementing optimized processes that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive overall performance. You will help to drive the continuous improvement initiatives for business processes and systems, working cross-functionally on process alignment discussions, requirements gathering and system configuration sessions, and designing solutions. You will review systems and data throughput and determine areas for improvement across the business systems landscape. The ideal candidate has a background in process improvement and business systems architecture and loves finding solutions for complex problems. This role will report to the Director, CSX Operations Systems and Process.
Responsibilities
· Become an expert in our business processes and systems platforms (Gainsight, Salesforce, ServiceNow, internally developed systems, etc.) across Customer Success and Experience
· Work closely with IT and data teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and data sources
- Review improvement backlog and help drive higher impact initiatives through prioritization with the business and help to establish a roadmap for business systems improvements
- Document success criteria and coordinate preparation and execution of user acceptance testing
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation of all relevant specifications, systems, and integrations
Required skills:
• Proficiency in LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies
• 3+ years experience with data integration tools
• Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions and communicate technical solutions to a non-technical team
• Change management expertise for smooth process implementation
