Description & Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated professional, with an eye to detail, analytical skills, and a willingness to learn and contribute to HR processes continuity, improvement and automation.

HR Shared Service Supervisor with fluent written and spoken English will join our new HR Shared Service Center Team in Mexico City supervising a team 5 to 6 HR Shared Service Representatives supporting HR policies and processes and serving as first line of support for employees, managers and HR Business Partners with HR related inquiries.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Supervises and acts as a point of escalation for team members. Provides leadership, guidance and mentoring to the team. Responsible for facilitating teamwork, problem solving and project management with the Global HR Shared Service Team.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert regarding HR processes.
  • Maintains accurate records of employees on the HR system including any changes to employment terms & advising the relevant departments.
  • Manages full process related to employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire) in the region of responsibilities.
  • Supports standardization and automation projects on HR processes across different countries
  • Initiates and implements process changes and automations across HR processes.
  • Participates in projects related to improving efficiency and work quality.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience leading and managing direct reports.
  • Experience managing the full process related to employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire) of responsibilities.
  • Full proficiency in English.
  • Computer literacy (including Microsoft Office).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Shared Services.
  • Expertise and experience in Knowledge Centered Service.
  • Previous experience in HR administration.


Location: Mexico City (hybrid role - 3 days a week in the office).
